Championing Women inCritical Infrastructure.
Before there was a BCE Alliance, there was a table of women. What started as a simple gathering of women in critical infrastructure, coming together to share their experiences, challenges and ambitions, showed us something bigger. The industry needed a space built on connection, confidence and human resilience. That gathering became the foundation of BCE Alliance.
Purpose & Direction
The BCE Women's Hub exists to close the representation gap in critical infrastructure. We bring together women at every stage of their career — from emerging talent to senior leaders — to share knowledge, build confidence, and drive change.
